Being in healthy, happy and fit is more than just going to the gym. It's about balance and taking time for yourself - which is something so many of us forget. This is why I've decided to host my own fitness, yoga and wellness retreats because just like you, I need to take time to rejuvenate my body, relax my mind and take a step back to make sure I'm still on the right path.
And yes, I do online training as well, but generally not for people looking for a generic personal trainer. I'm goal driven so my training is focused on people who are shaping up to reach a goal such as a fitness event, a running event, an epic adventure or a big social event.
I work with you to find ways to reach your goals within your set timeline -- usually this is 6 to 12 weeks.
