Normally I love all the food on my meal plans. People complain the food is plain and unseasoned, but I don’t care. I don’t think about it. I make it all in one day, put in it little containers and then eat it without tasting.
I see it as fuel; not food.
This week I’m not loving my tilapia and asapargus any more. I want tuna. I want salmon. I want scallops, but I’m sticking with it. Just six days to show day. If I cheat now, I won’t have time to burn it off.
