I don’t know about every NPC competitor, but I’m not perfect. I know some of them sound like they diet and train every day.andmaybe they do. But that’s not me. I’m a cheater.
I train…and when I train, I train hard and I like it. But then there’s evil Michelle. Evil Michelle is a bad girl.
Evil Michelle comes out the day after the show. Evil Michelle likes chocolate, wine, pizza and freshly baked bread– sometimes all at one meal (gasp). Evil Michelle likes to sleep in and not work out. And evil Michelle likes cake, cupcakes and cookies. Yes, evil Michelle is bad, bad, bad.
So while good Michelle does love working out and how she feels and looks when she does work out, she knows, evil Michelle is always lurking in shadows.
Evil Michelle is always ready to tempt her with great tasting food (did someone say fois gras? Please, let no one say fois gras.) -- and good Michelle must always resist.
This week I didn’t and I regret it.
Evil Michelle was on the prowl and now good Michelle is going to have to pay the price by working out extra hard and eating extra lean for the next 34 days until the next show. Plus, I feel bloated and yucky which really sucks:=(
