After working for years in the fitness industry, I've learned there are two types of people who come looking for a personal trainer. There are those who get a trainer thinking they'll get in shape if someone sits beside them and runs them through the motions, and then there are those who have a specific goal in mind. If you're one of the people who have a specific goal AND you are ready to get started on that goal, then you've come to the right place.
I'm goal-orientated myself, and love helping others reach their fitness goals. In fact, my whole program is based on helping you reach your goal quickly and effectively, while giving you the tools you need to continue on your fitness path after the 90 days are over.
Using the skills I've learned as a fitness consultant, I design and create each 90-day program exclusively for you based on your body type, fitness level and personal goals so that you can reshape your body into one that is strong, fit and healthy .
As a bikini and fitness athlete, my 90 DAY SHAPE-UP PROGRAM focuses on toning your body and building flattering, feminine curves.
HOW IT WORKS
Once you sign up for my 90 DAY SHAPE-UP PROGRAM, you’ll get all the support you need to get the results you want. I'll be emailing you a weekly workout and meal plan. The food is all normal food and you won't have to take any pills or buy expensive meal replacement drinks that promise miracle fat loss and lean muscle. I believe in shaping up naturally because if you are dedicated to becoming a healthier leaner person, then you need to treat your body with respect by feeding it what it needs -- and not chemicals that might hurt it over time. I do recommend vitamins such as a daily multivitamin, iron, and calcium. You also get one cheat meal a week so you won't feel like you have to give up all your favorite "bad" foods forever.
Because this is an online training program, every week, you'll need to take a photo of yourself and email it to me so I can see your progress. I'll look it over and send back tips, advice and sometimes I will tweaks your workouts and meal plans depending on how your body is responding. You can also email me when you have questions or need advice about the program or your meals.
For 90 days, all you need to do is follow my plan exactly. Within a couple weeks, you'll already start to see results -- and feel stronger.
THE STRAIGHT-UP TRUTH
I’m not going to lie to you. It's going to be hard. The workout will be challenging, but staying on plan for the entire 90 days is the really hard part.
While I will do everything I can to make sure you have a winning workout and meal plan, it’s still YOU who will have to go to the gym 5 days a week and eat the meals on the plan. It takes dedication as you will be tempted to go out drinking with the girls, eat chips and chocolate when PMSing (or when you had a bad day at work). You’ll also be tempted to sleep in and skip your workout.
If you haven't gone to the gym for three weeks, there is nothing I can do. If you aren't willing to do the exercises or follow the meal plan, then you aren't going to look or feel any different. To change your body, you need to change what you are currently doing - that's what my 90-DAY SHAPE-UP PROGRAM does. It changes the way you eat and how you workout.
I know you'll want to cheat and go back to your old ways, but stick with the program as the results are worth it.
Remember, it's only 90 days. You can do it.
